KDA Highway City Yojna Lottery 2015-16:

Kanpur Development Authority has launched new lottery for the allotment of residential plot. Under KDA Highway City Yojna scheme, 255 residential plots are available for registration. Applications for the allotment of residential plots are being offered through offline mode and the registration for the scheme has been started from 21 December 2015 to 7 January 2016.

Under the scheme total 255 residential plots are available in three different blocks, Type-A, Type-B and Type-C. The majority of units under KDA Highway City Yojna are available in Type-B. The estimated area of flat available in Type-A is about 240 square meter and the estimated area of Type-B and Type-C flat is about 200 square meter nad 150 square meter respectively.

Patiala Development Authority Residential Plot Scheme at PDA Encalve Dhuri, Sangrur

PDA New Residential Plot Scheme 2015: Patiala Development Authority PDA has launched new residential plots scheme for the allotment of 157 Residential Plots at PDA Enclave, Dhuri, District Sangrur. The registrations for PDAa new residential plot scheme 2016 has been started from 7 December 2015 and the last date of applications submission is 6 January 2016.

Under PDA new plot scheme at PDA Enclave, the authority has offering 150, 200, 250, 300, 325, 400, 450 square yard plots size. Applications for the allotment of plots in PDA Plot Scheme 2016 are being offered through offline mode of registration. Application forms can be purchased from the designated bank branches by paying Rs. 100/- as a cost of application form.

HUDA Faridabad Plot Scheme 2015-16 for Reserved Category

HUDA Faridabad Residential Plot Scheme 2015-16: Haryana Urban Development Authority invites applications from reserved category for the allotment of plots in Faridabad Residential Plot Scheme 2015-16. The scheme comprised 299 residential plots available for reserved category of the society.

Earlier the scheme was launched for general public and this time huda invites applications from reserved category for the allotment of 299 plots. HUDA Faridabad Plot Scheme 2015 is located in Sector-77 and 78 which included 41 plots and 258 plots respectively.

The applications are being offered through online mode which can be done by using the official website of HUDA between 21 December 2015 to 20 January 2016.

The registration for new residential plot scheme 2015 will starts from 21 December 2015 and from that day the complete details will be available on the official website of HUDA.

UPAVP New Kailash Enclave Scheme at Sector-18 Lucknow

Once Again Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has come up with a new flat scheme in Lucknow. UPAVP invites applications for flat under UPAVP Vrindavan Yojna-4 at sector-18 Lucknow in UPAVP Kailash Enclave Housing Scheme 2015. Total 608 flats in Stilt+8 type building are available for registration.

The sale and receipt of application forms for the scheme will starts from 16 November 2015 and the last date of registration is 31 December 2015. The authority has offering both online and offline registration for booking a flat in UPAVP Kailash Enclave Housing Scheme 2015.

Under the scheme, two type 2BHK and 3BHK of flats are available for registration. Of which majority of flats are 2BHK having a super area of 74.84 square meter while the 3BHK is available in the super area of 86.97 square meter. VDA Flats in Landmark Tower Under Lalpur Awasiya Yojna

Varanasi Development Authority has come up with with new housing scheme for the allotment of multi-storey apartment in Landmark Tower under VDA Lalpur Housing Scheme 2015. The VDA has offering 38 multi-storey apartment for all segments of the society under the scheme.

Registration for the scheme has been started from 20 October to 31 October 2015. The authority has offering offline mode of registration for the allotment of these apartments. Asra & Sapna Enclave Scheme 2015 in Mandola Vihar Ghaziabad: UPAVP has launched in 3rd housing scheme in Mandola Vihar Ghaziabad at sector-4, 5. The scheme is situated at Delhi-Saharanpur Road, Ghaziabad. Under the scheme, total 1235 flats are available for registration for different categories. The project comprises of four different building named as Asra Type-I (A-I), Asra Type-II (A-II), Sapna Type-I (A-I), Sapna Type-II (S-II).

The A-I and A-II comprises of 914 flats while in S-I and S-II total 321 flat are available. Jaipur Development Authority has come up with new flat scheme 2015, Under the scheme total 621 flats are available for registration at 19 different locations for Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group and Medium Income Group Category-A.

KDA Kanpur has come up with a new housing scheme named as Sulabh Awas Yojna 2015 in Shatabdi Nagar Phase-4. Under the scheme the authority has offering 2268 flats for all segments of the society. These units are constructed in three different apartments named as Sulabh Awas Type-1, Sulabh Awas Type-2 and Sulabh Awas Type-3. These apartment consist 2BHK and 3BHK flats for the allotments.

Finally Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has launched its much awaited plot scheme. This scheme has been launched after two times delay in the launch. The scheme has been launched yesterday and the registration of the scheme has been opened from today.

UPAVP Siddharth Vihar Yojna Ghaziabad 2015: After the launch of Mandola Vihar Yojna in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad again launched its new flats scheme in Ghaziabad. The scheme is named as Siddharth Vihar Yojna 2015. Under the scheme total 589 flats for all categories of the society. JDA to Launch 3800 Plots Under New Residential Plot Scheme 2015

JDA (Jaipur Development Authority) is all set to come up with a JDA new residential plot scheme. Under the scheme the authority will offering about 3800 residential plots for all segments of the society. These residential units will be available in zone 11, 12 & 14. However the authority has not announced the exact date of launch, but according to the source the scheme will be rolled out very soon.

Out of 3800 plots, 151 plots will be available in Pipliya zone 11 which are available in 162 square meter and 200 square meter sizes. Apart from these units 3200 plots will located in zone 14 and remaining 449 plots in zone 12.

PUDA Residential Plot Scheme 2015 in Rajpura Colony, Patiala

Punjab Urban Development Authority has launched a new residential plot scheme in Rajpura Colony, Patiala. Under the scheme total 172 residential plots are available for general public.
