Tamil Nadu Housing Board has launched a new housing project in which total 1500 flats are constructed out of which the authority invites applications for the allotment of 671 vacant flats. The project is situated at Sholinganallur Phase-II Scheme, in Channai. The authority has offering these flats to lower income group, medium income group and higher income group of the society.

The flats are available for registration in stilt+10 floors building in which the authority offering flats under Hire Purchase scheme.

• MIG-I Flats = Size: 75.89 square meter, Tentative Cost: Rs. 40,71,000/-

Registration for the scheme has been started from today 27 July 2015 and applicants can apply for the scheme till 19 August 2015.

UPAVP Siddharth Vihar Yojna Ghaziabad 2015: After the launch of Mandola Vihar Yojna in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad again launched its new flats scheme in Ghaziabad. The scheme is named as Siddharth Vihar Yojna 2015. Under the scheme total 589 flats for all categories of the society. It is another option for the general public to buy a flat in Ghaziabad under the scheme of UPAVP.

Registration for the scheme will be opened from 27 July 2015 and UPAVP has offering both online and offline registration modes convenient registration. Interested application can apply through the mode they want to apply. Registration can be done till the last date 27 August 2015.

The authority has offering 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK 4BHK flats and pent houses in 20 storey building.

JDA to Launch 3800 Plots Under New Residential Plot Scheme 2015

JDA (Jaipur Development Authority) is all set to come up with a JDA new residential plot scheme. Under the scheme the authority will offering about 3800 residential plots for all segments of the society. These residential units will be available in zone 11, 12 & 14. However the authority has not announced the exact date of launch, but according to the source the scheme will be rolled out very soon.

Out of 3800 plots, 151 plots will be available in Pipliya zone 11 which are available in 162 square meter and 200 square meter sizes. Apart from these units 3200 plots will located in zone 14 and remaining 449 plots in zone 12.

PUDA Residential Plot Scheme 2015 in Rajpura Colony, Patiala

Punjab Urban Development Authority has launched a new residential plot scheme in Rajpura Colony, Patiala. Under the scheme total 172 residential plots are available for general public. The authority has offering plots through online mode of registration which can be done by using the official website of PUDA.

Out of total 172, 90 plots are available in the size of 500 square yard and remaining 82 flats are available in different sizes. The plots are available at the rate of Rs. 26,312/- per square meters or Rs. 22,000/- per square yard.

Brochure along with the application form can be purchased from the authorized bank branches by paying Rs. 100/-.

Registration Starts for Mandola Vihar Yojna Ghaziabad by UPAVP

Mandola Vihar Yojna by UPAVP: Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has started the registration for its new housing scheme launched in Ghaziabad with 3680 flats for all categories including Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group, Medium Income Group and Higher Income Group of the society.It is the scheme which will initiate the dream of India's Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi of providing houses to all by 2022.

The scheme is launched under the Uttar Pradesh Samajwadi Awas Yojna, which was launched in the end of year 2014 with the target to construct 3 lakh houses for all categories across the state.

The registration for the scheme has been started from yesterday 20 July 2015 and the authority has offering both online and offline registration till 20 August 2015.
