Ghaziabad Development Authority has again invites applications for the allotment of new flat scheme 2015. The scheme is named as Madhuban Bapudham Flat Scheme 2015. Under the scheme the authority has offering total 1320 flats for different segments of the society. Under the scheme 2BHK, 3BHK and 3BHK+Study room type flats are available for registration with all modern residential lifestyle facilities.

Registration for the allotment of flats will be started from 30 August 2015 and last date of registration is 30 September 2015. The scheme brochure and application forms can be purchased from the designate branches in the registration period.

Vasundhara Enclave Phase-II New Housing Scheme 2015 by GDA Gorakhpur

Gorakhpur Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of MIG flats in Vasundhara Enclave Phase-II Housing Scheme. The scheme is launched under GDA Gorakhpur Goutam Vihar Extension Housing Scheme. Under the scheme total 60 MIG (Stilt+4) flats are available for registration and registration of the scheme has been started from 14 August 2015 and the last date of registration is 13 September 2015.

The authority has offering these flats by offline mode of registration and application forms are available on the official website and can be downloaded from the website and also available in the following bank branches

Jaipur Development Authority New Housing Scheme 2015 with 621 Flats

Jaipur Development Authority has come up with new flat scheme 2015, Under the scheme total 621 flats are available for registration at 19 different locations for Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group and Medium Income Group Category-A.

Registration for the scheme has been started from today 15 August 2015 and last date of registration is 15 September 2015. These flats are offered through online mode of registrations which can be done by E-Mitra KIOSK and Flats under the scheme are available in 19 different locations.

These flats are available in 11 approved projects of Niji Khatedari and 8 projects under affordable housing policy Phase-I (Modal-2). Of total 337 flats are available for EWS, 219 flats for LIG and remaining 65 flats are available for MIG-A.

HUDA Freehold Residential Plots Scheme in Dadri and Safidon

Good news for those who wants to buy a residential plot in Dadri and Safidon. Haryana Urban Development Authority has published an advertisement for the launch of its new residential plot scheme in Dadri and Safidon. It is a new and first residential plot scheme of HUDA of the year 2015.

The advertisement has been published in a newspaper for inviting the applications for the allotment of freehold residential plot in Dadri and Safidon. Under the scheme multiple units will be available in Sector-7 Safidon and Sector-8 and 9 Dadri.

Registration for the scheme will be offered from 14 August 2015 till 15 September 2015. These residential units will be offered through only online mode of registration which would be done by using the official website of HUDA. KDA Sulabh Awas Yojna 2015 with 2268 Flats in Shatabdi Nagar Phase-4

KDA Kanpur has come up with a new housing scheme named as Sulabh Awas Yojna 2015 in Shatabdi Nagar Phase-4. Under the scheme the authority has offering 2268 flats for all segments of the society. These units are constructed in three different apartments named as Sulabh Awas Type-1, Sulabh Awas Type-2 and Sulabh Awas Type-3. These apartment consist 2BHK and 3BHK flats for the allotments.

Type-1 consist 183 units of 3BHK flats while Type-2 and Type-3 consist 1030 & 1055 units of 2BHK flats. Under the scheme 3BHK flat is available at the cost of Rs. 20,00,000/- and 16,00,000/- with the registration amount of Rs. 1,60,000/-.

Applicant can register for the scheme through offline mode of registration. Registration for Sulabh Awas Yojna 2015 has been opened from 20 July 2015 and last date of application submission is 20 august 2015. Application forms are available in the following bank branches and it is also available on the official website of Kanpur Development Authority.

YEIDA New Plot Scheme 2015 in Sector-22D

Finally Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has launched its much awaited plot scheme. This scheme has been launched after two times delay in the launch. The scheme has been launched yesterday and the registration of the scheme has been opened from today.

Under the scheme total 900 residential plots are available for allotment and the allotment of flats can be done by both online and offline mode of registrations. Online registration can be done by using the official website of YEIDA while for offline registration; applicants will have to purchase application form from the following banks branches which are selling the application form.

Registration for the scheme has been started from today 3 August 2015 and the last date of registration is 2 September 2015.
