Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad launched UPAVP Vrindavan Yojana at Sector-3 Lucknow for the allotment of 384 flats under new housing scheme 2016. Under the Vrindavan Yojana, UPAVP has offering 384 flats of 2BHK and 3BHK type for all segment of the society. The registration will start from 6 April 2016 and the last date of application submission is 31 May 2016.

The scheme comprises of 192 2BHK flats and 192 3BHK flats. The super area of 2BHK units is ranging from 120 square meter to 130 square meter and 3BHK unit is available in the super area ranging from 160 to 180 square meter.

The applications are being offered through offline and online mode of registration and applications form for the same can be purchased from the authorized bank branches by paying Rs. 500/- as application cost.

The registration for the allotment of flats will starts from 6 April 2016 and the last date of application submission is 31 May 2016.

LDA Lucknow has offering flats in Purwa, Falguni & Aardra Apartments. Under the new flat scheme 2016 the authority has offering 171 flats for all segments of the society. The authority has published a notification for inviting application for the allotment of these flats. These flats are available in Purwa, Falguni & Aardra Apartments which are located at multiple locations.

Of total 78 flats are located in Purwa Apartments at Sector-H Kanpur Road Yojana, 51 flats are available in Falguni Apartments at Sector-P, Mansarovar, Kanpur Road & 42 are in Aardra Apartments near Ramabai Place, Radhakhand (Sharda Nagar).

UIT Kota Mohanlal Sukhadia Housing Scheme 2016 for 692 Flats

UIT Kota Mohanlal Sukhadia Housing Scheme 2016: Kota Urban Improvement Trust has launched new housing scheme for the allotment of 692 flats for Economical weaker section and lower income group of the society. The new scheme named as UIT Kota Mohanlal Sukhadia Awas Yojana is launched under Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana-2015.

The registration for the scheme has been started from 29 February 2016 and interested applicants can apply for the scheme till 31 March 2016 through offline and online mode of registration.

Total 692 flats are being offered by UIT kota of which 532 are reserved for for EWS category and remaining 160 are available for LIG category. The estimated cost of EWS unit is Rs. 3.95 lakh and the LIG unit is available at the estimated cost of Rs. 6.10 lakh.

PUDA 138 New Residential Plot Scheme 2016 at Jagraon

Punjab Urban Development Authority has offering 138 residential plots for allotment in new residential plot scheme 2016 at PUDA Enclave Sugar Mill, Jagraon. Under the scheme the authority has offering six types of residential plots for all segments of the society.

Applications for the allotment of flats are being offered through offline mode of registration from 20 February 2016 to 23 March 2016. The size of plots are varies from 150 square yard to 500 square yard which are available at the rate of Rs. 8,500/- per square yard. The tentative cost of a plot is starts from Rs. 12,75,000/- which goes upto Rs. 42,50,000/- and the registration amount for a single unit is 10% of tentative cost.

Bhopal Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of 489 flats in Gharonda Awasiya Yojana at Barai (Katara Hills) & Navibagh. Meerut Development Authority New Flat Scheme 2016 for 728 Flats

Meerut Development Authority has launched new flat scheme 2016 for the allotment of 728 flats. Under these scheme of MDA Meerut has offering 728 LIG flats are available for registration. Housing units under the scheme are available in Shatabdi Nagar sector-1 Pocket-C, Defence Enclave Pocket-A and Ganganagar Yojna Pocket-H. All the three scheme comprised of LIG flats.

Under the scheme the size of LIG units is about 31.33 square meter the size of unit is same in all housing schemes while the estimated cost varies. The registration for the scheme has not yet started, will be started from 1 February 2016 to 29 February 2016. MHADA Lottery 2016 Scheme by Konkan Board

MHADA Lottery 2016 by Konkan Board: Maharashtra Housing Area Development Authority has finally launched its most awaited 2016 lottery. The new housing lottery of MHADA has been launched by the Konkan Board of MHADA for the allotment of 4275 flats for EWS (economical weaker section), LIG (lower income group), MIG (medium income group) and HIG (higher income group) of the society. The advertisement of MHADA Lottery 2016 has been published by the official body firstly in Times of India Newspaper on 12 January 2016. The online registration for MHADA lottery 2016 has been started from 13 January 2016 till 15 January 2016.
The online registration for MHADA lottery 2016 will closes on 7 February 2016 and the last date of online applications submission is 9 February 2016. Total 4275 flats are available for allotment under the new lottery of MHADA which are located in Virar, Thane, Mira Road and Vengurla. The Majority of EWS and LIG unit are located in Virar and all HIG units are available in Vengurla.

KDA Highway City New Housing Scheme 2015-16

KDA Highway City Yojna Lottery 2015-16:

Kanpur Development Authority has launched new lottery for the allotment of residential plot. Under KDA Highway City Yojna scheme, 255 residential plots are available for registration. Applications for the allotment of residential plots are being offered through offline mode and the registration for the scheme has been started from 21 December 2015 to 7 January 2016.

Under the scheme total 255 residential plots are available in three different blocks, Type-A, Type-B and Type-C. The majority of units under KDA Highway City Yojna are available in Type-B. The estimated area of flat available in Type-A is about 240 square meter and the estimated area of Type-B and Type-C flat is about 200 square meter nad 150 square meter respectively.

HUDA Faridabad Residential Plot Scheme 2015-16: Haryana Urban Development Authority invites applications from reserved category for the allotment of plots in Faridabad Residential Plot Scheme 2015-16. The scheme comprised 299 residential plots available for reserved category of the society.

Earlier the scheme was launched for general public and this time huda invites applications from reserved category for the allotment of 299 plots. HUDA Faridabad Plot Scheme 2015 is located in Sector-77 and 78 which included 41 plots and 258 plots respectively.

UPAVP New Kailash Enclave Scheme at Sector-18 Lucknow

Once Again Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has come up with a new flat scheme in Lucknow. UPAVP invites applications for flat under UPAVP Vrindavan Yojna-4 at sector-18 Lucknow in UPAVP Kailash Enclave Housing Scheme 2015. Total 608 flats in Stilt+8 type building are available for registration.

The sale and receipt of application forms for the scheme will starts from 16 November 2015 and the last date of registration is 31 December 2015. The authority has offering both online and offline registration for booking a flat in UPAVP Kailash Enclave Housing Scheme 2015.

Asra & Sapna Enclave Scheme 2015 in Mandola Vihar Ghaziabad: UPAVP has launched in 3rd housing scheme in Mandola Vihar Ghaziabad at sector-4, 5. The scheme is situated at Delhi-Saharanpur Road, Ghaziabad. Under the scheme, total 1235 flats are available for registration for different categories. The project comprises of four different building named as Asra Type-I (A-I), Asra Type-II (A-II), Sapna Type-I (A-I), Sapna Type-II (S-II).
