Asra & Sapna Enclave Scheme 2015 in Mandola Vihar Ghaziabad: UPAVP has launched in 3rd housing scheme in Mandola Vihar Ghaziabad at sector-4, 5. The scheme is situated at Delhi-Saharanpur Road, Ghaziabad. Under the scheme, total 1235 flats are available for registration for different categories. The project comprises of four different building named as Asra Type-I (A-I), Asra Type-II (A-II), Sapna Type-I (A-I), Sapna Type-II (S-II).

The A-I and A-II comprises of 914 flats while in S-I and S-II total 321 flat are available. The cost of ground floor unit in A-I is Rs. 11.15 lakh while in A-II it is available at the cost of Rs. 16.50 lakh. However the cost of flat available in Sapna apartments is little high as compare to the cost of Asra Apartments. The cost of ground floor unit in S-I is Rs. 26.55 lakh while in S-II it is priced at Rs. 35.30 lakh.

Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has again come up with its new flat scheme of the year 2015. After inviting application for the last flat scheme under Mandola Vihar Yojna, UPAVP again invites applications for the allotment of multi-story flats in Ghaziabad at Sector-7.

Under the scheme total 1856 flats are available allotment and registration of the scheme will starts from 15 September 2015 and to be opened till 30 October 2015. Under the scheme 2BHK, 2BHK+study and 3BHK flats are being offered in the scheme with the 79.16 square meter, 94.93 square and 103.43 square meter respectively.

Out of total 952 units are 2BHK, 572 units are 2BHK+study 332 are 3BHK type which are available at the estimated cost of Rs. 32.95 lakh, Rs. 39.50 lakh and Rs. 43.00 lakh respectively.

Under the scheme the authority has offering total 1320 flats for different segments of the society. Jaipur Development Authority New Housing Scheme 2015 with 621 Flats

Jaipur Development Authority has come up with new flat scheme 2015, Under the scheme total 621 flats are available for registration at 19 different locations for Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group and Medium Income Group Category-A.

Registration for the scheme has been started from today 15 August 2015 and last date of registration is 15 September 2015. These flats are offered through online mode of registrations which can be done by E-Mitra KIOSK and Flats under the scheme are available in 19 different locations.

These flats are available in 11 approved projects of Niji Khatedari and 8 projects under affordable housing policy Phase-I (Modal-2). Of total 337 flats are available for EWS, 219 flats for LIG and remaining 65 flats are available for MIG-A.
