KDA Highway City Yojna Lottery 2015-16:

Kanpur Development Authority has launched new lottery for the allotment of residential plot. Under KDA Highway City Yojna scheme, 255 residential plots are available for registration. Applications for the allotment of residential plots are being offered through offline mode and the registration for the scheme has been started from 21 December 2015 to 7 January 2016.

Under the scheme total 255 residential plots are available in three different blocks, Type-A, Type-B and Type-C. The majority of units under KDA Highway City Yojna are available in Type-B. The estimated area of flat available in Type-A is about 240 square meter and the estimated area of Type-B and Type-C flat is about 200 square meter nad 150 square meter respectively.

Patiala Development Authority Residential Plot Scheme at PDA Encalve Dhuri, Sangrur

PDA New Residential Plot Scheme 2015: Patiala Development Authority PDA has launched new residential plots scheme for the allotment of 157 Residential Plots at PDA Enclave, Dhuri, District Sangrur. The registrations for PDAa new residential plot scheme 2016 has been started from 7 December 2015 and the last date of applications submission is 6 January 2016.

Under PDA new plot scheme at PDA Enclave, the authority has offering 150, 200, 250, 300, 325, 400, 450 square yard plots size. Applications for the allotment of plots in PDA Plot Scheme 2016 are being offered through offline mode of registration. Application forms can be purchased from the designated bank branches by paying Rs. 100/- as a cost of application form.

HUDA Faridabad Plot Scheme 2015-16 for Reserved Category

HUDA Faridabad Residential Plot Scheme 2015-16: Haryana Urban Development Authority invites applications from reserved category for the allotment of plots in Faridabad Residential Plot Scheme 2015-16. The scheme comprised 299 residential plots available for reserved category of the society.

Earlier the scheme was launched for general public and this time huda invites applications from reserved category for the allotment of 299 plots. HUDA Faridabad Plot Scheme 2015 is located in Sector-77 and 78 which included 41 plots and 258 plots respectively.

The applications are being offered through online mode which can be done by using the official website of HUDA between 21 December 2015 to 20 January 2016.

The registration for new residential plot scheme 2015 will starts from 21 December 2015 and from that day the complete details will be available on the official website of HUDA.

UPAVP New Kailash Enclave Scheme at Sector-18 Lucknow

Once Again Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has come up with a new flat scheme in Lucknow. UPAVP invites applications for flat under UPAVP Vrindavan Yojna-4 at sector-18 Lucknow in UPAVP Kailash Enclave Housing Scheme 2015. Total 608 flats in Stilt+8 type building are available for registration.

The sale and receipt of application forms for the scheme will starts from 16 November 2015 and the last date of registration is 31 December 2015. The authority has offering both online and offline registration for booking a flat in UPAVP Kailash Enclave Housing Scheme 2015.

Under the scheme, two type 2BHK and 3BHK of flats are available for registration. Of which majority of flats are 2BHK having a super area of 74.84 square meter while the 3BHK is available in the super area of 86.97 square meter. The Estimated cost of 2BHK and 3BHK units is about Rs. 33.40 and Rs. 38.80 lakh respectively.

HUDA Residential Plot Scheme 2015 in Faridabad at Sector-77 & 78

HUDA invites applications for the allotment of residential plots in Sector-77 & 78. Under the scheme, HUDA has offering total 654 freehold residential plots for general public. It is a new residential plot scheme of HUDA in Faridabad.

The authority has publicly published a notification in a newspaper to invite application for residential plots under the scheme. The registration for allotment of plots will starts from 19 October 2015 and the last date of application submission is 20 November 2015. The interested application can register for the scheme in the registration period only through the online mode of registration by using the official website of Haryana Urban Development Authority.

VDA Flats in Landmark Tower Under Lalpur Awasiya Yojna

Varanasi Development Authority has come up with with new housing scheme for the allotment of multi-storey apartment in Landmark Tower under VDA Lalpur Housing Scheme 2015. The VDA has offering 38 multi-storey apartment for all segments of the society under the scheme.

Registration for the scheme has been started from 20 October to 31 October 2015. The authority has offering offline mode of registration for the allotment of these apartments. Under the scheme 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom type of apartments are available in different sizes. These units are available in two different towers of Landmark Tower the first building comprised of 12 units of 2-bedroom flats while and the second building comprised of 26 units of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom flats.
