Punjab Urban Development Authority has offering 138 residential plots for allotment in new residential plot scheme 2016 at PUDA Enclave Sugar Mill, Jagraon. Under the scheme the authority has offering six types of residential plots for all segments of the society.
Applications for the allotment of flats are being offered through offline mode of registration from 20 February 2016 to 23 March 2016. The size of plots are varies from 150 square yard to 500 square yard which are available at the rate of Rs. 8,500/- per square yard. The tentative cost of a plot is starts from Rs. 12,75,000/- which goes upto Rs. 42,50,000/- and the registration amount for a single unit is 10% of tentative cost.
Application form for the allotment of flats are available in the authorized bank branches which can be purchased by paying the cost of applications form. Further details of the scheme can be obtained by reaching the link below:
