Flats for Sale in Sholinganallur in Chennai by Tamil Nadu Housing Board

Tamil Nadu Housing Board has launched a new housing project in which total 1500 flats are constructed out of which the authority invites applications for the allotment of 671 vacant flats. The project is situated at Sholinganallur Phase-II Scheme, in Channai. The authority has offering these flats to lower income group, medium income group and higher income group of the society.

The flats are available for registration in stilt+10 floors building in which the authority offering flats under Hire Purchase scheme.

  • HIG Flats = Size: 110.16 square meter , Tentative Cost: Rs. 58,60,000/-
  • MIG-I Flats = Size: 75.89 square meter, Tentative Cost: Rs. 40,71,000/-
  • MIG-II Flats = Size: 76.49 square meter, Tentative Cost: Rs. 40,64,000/-
  • LIG-I Flats = Size: 54.65 square meter, Tentative Cost: Rs. 27,33,000/-
  • LIG-II Flats = Size: 56.63 square meter, Tentative Cost: Rs. 28,73,000/-

Registration for the scheme has been started from today 27 July 2015 and applicants can apply for the scheme till 19 August 2015.
